And Mr Burgess revealed: “Someone has offered to give us £300 if we do one round naked. One of us is still wavering, but we’ll talk him round.”
The players have declined to stipulate exactly when they will be playing the round in their birthday suits.
Meanwhile they have already been promised around £1,300 in sponsorship money for the Newbury and District Cancer Care Trust.
The four will tee off at 7pm next Thursday, July 12.
