Fatal M4 pair are named

Cyril Titcombe, 82, and Tony Gwillym, 48, collided on the eastbound carriageway between junction 13 (Chieveley) and junction 14 (Hungerford) on Saturday, 7 July at 10.34pm.
They were both from Swindon.
Mr Titcombe, who was driving a blue Mazda 323, died at the scene and Mr Gwillym, who was driving a blue Volkswagen Passat, died in hospital in the early hours of the following morning.
Police are investigating whether one of the cars involved was travelling in the wrong direction.
The inquest has been opened and adjourned.
