Faulty traffic lights on M4 now fixed, say Highways Agency

Despite working overnight to fix a reported broken loop in the traffic light system, which had caused delays in the region two hours to motorists during morning rush hour yesterday (Tuesday), and similar delays on Monday, drivers were once again warned to steer clear of the junction today owing to the same fault.
