Fire crews tackle Burghfield Common blaze

Crews from Dee Road, Whitley Wood and Caversham Road fire stations attended the blaze in Omer’s Rise at about 7.30am.
The fire at the two storey house caused 100 per cent fire damage to the property and Dee Road crew manager, Simon Abbot, said: “The building was heavily smoke logged.”
