Firefighters called to tackle Furze Hill blaze

FIREFIGHTERS were called to tackle a blaze in Furze Hill, Newbury this afternoon (Sat).
Two pumps from Newbury and another from Reading attended the portacabin fire, along with a multi role vehicle water carrier from Ramsbury.
Crews used two jets, one hose reel and small gear to extinguish the flames and make it safe.
