Firefighters called to Victoria Park bin fire

Crew manager, Chris Baars, who was at the scene, said one pump was called at 1pm from Newbury Fire Station.
Firefighters extinguished the fire with a hosereel, before leaving the scene at 1.20pm.
The cause was put down to accidental.
