Firefighters tackle house fire in Tadley




FIREFIGHTERS were called to a blaze in a bungalow in Tadley last night, Sunday.

Tadley fire station - which provided these photos - revealed on social media: "At 9.58pm last night we were called alongside additional appliances from Basingstoke Fire Station and Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service to a derelict bungalow fire in Tadley.

"This was well alight on arrival and was extinguished with hosereels and main jets.

"This was well alight on arrival and was extinguished with hosereels and main jets.

"Crews worked hard to stop the fire spreading to adjacent structures."

The cause is currently said to be unknown and is under investigation.
