Firefighters tackle vehicle fire in pub car park

Firefighters from Whitley Wood and Dee Road stations were called to the rear car park of the Angel Inn on the A4 Bath Road, Woolhampton at around 7am this morning.
Crews used hose reels and breathing apparatus to tackle the blaze and left the scene around 50 minutes later.
Crew manager at Whitley Wood, Jim Clark, said that the van had been "completely destroyed" and that the cause of the fire had been logged as a suspected arson.
