Food trailer coming to Thatcham

A food and drinks vendor is bringing savoury and sweet treats to Thatcham.

The Frothy Frog is to set up shop at Thatcham Memorial Hall on Bath Road in a box catering trailer.

Thatcham Memorial Foundation has resolved to grant permission and no objection has been raised by Thatcham Town Council.

Councillors did, however, raise concern about the disposal of waste in a planning and highways committee meeting on Tuesday last week.

The vendor will sell sandwiches jacket potatoes, paninis and other savoury snacks as well as tea, coffee and pastries.

The trailer is to be situated in the war memorial car park with the vendor hoping to operate Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm.
