Former Hungerford mayor dies

He passed away on Sunday, aged 91.
A Hungerford town councillor for 21 years and former Constable of the Town and Manor of Hungerford from 1981 to 1983, Major Hathway was predeceased by his wife Eva in 1997.
He is survived by their daughter, Nina.
