Reading Magistrates' Court: former Kennet School pupil from Newbury on child porn charges
A MAN has admitted possessing indecent images of children.
James Morris appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, July 13.
The 24-year-old former pupil at Kennet School in Thatcham, who used to live in Bucklebury and now lives at Russell Road, Newbury, pleaded guilty to possessing or making two indecent images of children in Category A – the most extreme form.
In addition, Mr Morris admitted making or possessing a similar image in Category C and a third charge of being in possession of indecent images of children.
All the above offences were committed in Bucklebury on or before March 13 last year.
Magistrates ordered pre-sentence reports to be prepared on an 'all options' basis, including a potential prison sentence.
Mr Morris, who was legally represented by Robert Jacques, was meanwhile released on unconditional bail.
