Former racing greyhound ready to speed into new owner's arms

Sofa snoozes high on priority list

A former racing greyhound is ready to speed into the arms of a loving new owner.

Jenny Hopkins, Rehoming Centre assistant manager at Dogs Trust Newbury said:

“Trisha is a friendly girl who is bright as a button and is at her happiest when stretching her legs on her daily walks. She also loves a good snooze and can often be found snuggled up on a warm bed or cosy sofa.”

“Trisha is best suited to an active family with older children who can spend time enjoying lots of outdoor playtime with her. She would like to be the only pet in the home so she can have her owners to herself.”

If you think you could give Trisha a loving home, please get in touch with Dogs Trust Newbury on 0300 303 0292 or pop into the rehoming centre at Plumb’s Farm, Hamstead Marshall, Newbury, Berks, RG20 0HR.

Dogs Trust is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity and cares for nearly 17,000 stray and abandoned dogs each year through its network of 20 Rehoming Centres across the UK and one in Dublin.
