Council rejects proposal for four houses in Cold Ash due to ‘insufficient information’ on drainage strategy

But the council refused the application on Thursday, January 30, saying there is still “insufficient information” to substantiate the drainage strategy and to determine the impact on biodiversity assets and any mitigation measures required.

The proposal was objected by Cold Ash Parish Council and received 19 public objections, on similar grounds.

The proposal also included raising the number of car parking spaces to 14 and adding 20 cycling spaces.
