East Woodhay Village Hall waiving venue hire fee for first couple to book 2024 wedding

A North Hampshire village hall is offering one happy couple the opportunity to have their wedding there, free of charge.

East Woodhay Village Hall, in Heath End, is offering to waive the venue hire fee to the first couple that book their wedding date at the hall in 2024.

This special offer is designed to kick start interest in the hall for weddings and attract couples to the charming and affordable venue.

Village hall trustee Chloe Poulter said: “We are thrilled to provide this unique opportunity.

“East Woodhay Village Hall is a beautiful space with a rich history.

“We want to give one lucky couple the chance to create unforgettable memories here without worrying about the cost of the venue.”

She also described the hall as the “perfect setting for weddings, with spacious interiors, ample parking, and modern amenities to accommodate both intimate and larger celebrations”.

To take advantage of the offer, the couple must be the first to officially book any available wedding date in 2024.

The East Woodhay Village Hall management committee believes that offering couples a venue for their special days will be a valuable part of the hall’s longevity.

Other recent efforts to support the hall include a popular community open day, the opening of a physiotherapy clinic and the start of regular dance classes and toddlers’ activities.
