From a tea and cake concert to the Strongest Man competition - it's all happening today (Sun)

Whether its fresh air you’re after, or a spot of live music, there’s plenty going on in West Berkshire today (Sunday).
From 1.30pm, you can watch some of the strongest men and women from around the country battle it out to be crowned strongest of the sexes.
The competition is being hosted at Body Bionics Gym, Thatcham, for the first time.
Members of the public are welcome to attend to cheer on competitors as they put their strength to the test, with challenges to include lifting atlas stones and pulling vehicles.
At 4pm, the Jorgensen Trio will be kicking off a tea and cake concert at the Old Bluecoat School, Thatcham, to perform classics from Mozart and Schnittke.
Tickets are available at the Thatcham branch of the Newbury Building Society, by emailing sandranicholls64@btinternet.com or calling (0118) 9712555.
Another concert is also being held at AWE’s William Penney Theatre at 3pm, at which Byron Jones will perform hits from several decades on his electronic organ.
If you fancy a bit of fresh air beforehand, why not join the West Berkshire Ramblers on a walk through Great Bedwyn?
The group will be meeting at 10am in the canal car park before setting off on a 3.9mile walk via Little Bedwyn, Burridge Heath and Jockey Green.
For more information contact group leader Fred on (01635) 281621.
An evening of poetry reading is also being hosted by Brian Patten, one of the trio of Liverpool poets in the 1960s, at the Watermill at 7pm.
