Newbury RFC home game cancelled due to winter weather

Newbury's Christmas home game today has been cancelled.

Newbury RFC Rugby were due to kick off against Marlborough Rugby today at 3pm, but the game has been cancelled due to frozen ground.

But all other planned activities are still going ahead, the club has confirmed.

The pre-match lunch has sold out, but Renegade Brewery will be joining the club for beer tasting, along with live music performed by Zoe Alishia Badman-Lailey. Everyone is welcome to visit and refreshments will be available.

The World Cup game will be available to view live from 7pm.
