Aldermaston road closed due to gas and water leaks

An Aldermaston road has been closed for a week due to a gas and water leak.

Church Road has been closed from its junction with The Street (A340) to the junction of Aldermaston Park.

The emergency closure is expected to remain in place until Monday, July 11 (only an estimate) while SGN tend to the two leaks.

Residential access will be maintained throughout but blue light access through the works is not possible at this time.

A diversion will be signed on site.
