If so, you could join one of the Walking for Heath groups that meet throughout the week, including Sundays, at various venues and villages in the area.
Some 15 regular led health walks are aimed at all abilities, especially those who are inactive, or do little physical activity.
Routes include Calcot, Stroud Green, Mortimer, Hermitage, Theale, Newbury, Greenham, Snelsmore Common and Stanford Dingley .
