Police seek witnesses to incident in Bartholomew Street, Newbury
Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident where a girl was inappropriately touched in Newbury.
The incident happened in Bartholomew Street, Newbury, at about 1.15pm on Saturday (March 5).
Two girls were walking from Market Street to Bartholomew Street, when a man walking in the opposite direction touched one of the girls on her collar bone twice.
The man has been described as white, 5ft 5ins, aged between 50 and 60-years-old, slim, clean shaven, with light coloured hair.
He was wearing big thick silver rimmed glasses, a dark blue coat and was carrying a carrier bag.
