Greenham Common Trust Pitch to the Panel deadline
Entries needed by September 5
A SEPTEMBER 5 deadline is fast approaching for charitable concerns to submit entries to a Dragon’s Den style event, hosted by Greenham Common Trust.
The trust’s Pitch to the Panel offers chance to charities to stake a claim of a share of £100,000.
One of last year’s entrants, Dingley’s Promise, applied to Pitch to the Panel in 2015 to secure £14,995 in funds, which paid for a new Family Support Worker, Sheril Candland.
The charity’s chief executive officer, Catherine McLeod, said:
“Sheril has already made an impact on the children and families.
The purpose of the Family Support Worker is to help families with any challenges or difficulties that they might face as a result of the additional needs which their child might have.”
This year’s Pitch to the Panel event will be held at the Corn Exchange in Newbury on Wednesday November 9.
Applications should be made at findmeagrant.org.
