Greenham man charged with raping teenage girl

A man from Greenham has been charged with raping a teenage girl.
Jacob Hatter was charged with one count of rape and one count of an offender aged 18 or over engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged 13 -15.
The offences occurred in Newbury in November 2014.
The 20-year-old, from Peckmoor Drive, was arrested on December 12, 2015 and was charged today (Saturday).
He has been released on bail and is due to appear at Reading Magistrates' Court on August 1.
* Mr Hatter was subsequently cleared of the charge.
