The 36-year-old, of Russell Road, Newbury, had denied pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of Clare Badley by repeatedly trying to contact her via various calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, social media, voicemail and various members of her family in Thatcham between July 25 and July 27 last year.

But he was convicted after a trial.

Cutler admitted two counts of assaulting a police officer by beating them in Newbury, both on July 26 last year.

He was made subject to a 12-month community order with a mental health treatment requirement.

In addition, Cutler was ordered to pay £200 costs, plus a statutory victim services surcharge of £114.
