Have you seen this missing Newbury man?

He is Martin Hillier, aged 56, described as white, 5ft 7ins tall and bald.
He was last seen wearing a khaki green Parka-style jacket at around 8am yesterday (Monday, January 19).
Police are concerned for his welfare due to his state of mind when he went missing.
Anyone with information about Mr Hillier's whereabouts should call Thames Valley Police via the 24-hour enquiry line 101.
