Calcot, Theale and Area Children's Centre
Burghfield and Area Children's Centre will close at 11am.
Chieveley and Area Children's Centre will also be closing at 12pm.
East Downlands Children's Centre will close at 12pm
North Newbury Children's Centre will be closing at 11:30am
South Newbury Children's Centre will close at 12pm
Tilehurst children's Centre will close at 12pm

Other services:
The Newtown Road Recycling Centre is now open, however the Padworth Recycling Centre remains closed.
All refuse and recycling collections have been cancelled.
Wash Common Library is closed
Pangbourne Library is closed
Theale Library is closed
There will also be no mobile libraries operating.
Downland Sports Centre will not open this evening.
Hungerford Leisure Centre is closed.
There are also some changes to scheduled activities at The Lambourn Centre.
Adventure Dolphin Activity Centre is closed for the weekend, with the scheduled trip cancelled.
The Cotswold Sports Centre is closed.
The Hungerford Leisure Centre is closed.
All evening classes at the Jubilee Centre have been cancelled.
Kennet Leisure Centre is closed.
Willink Leisure Centre is closed.

Transport:
A spokesman for Newbury and District buses, David Wilder, said that the firm did not plan to cancel any services and would make every effort to cover all services as closely as possible to the scheduled times.
Reading buses have confirmed there is disruption to the Jet Black 1 services in Turnpike, a service is operating via the main A4 between the Robin Hood and Garden Centre roundabouts.
There are severe delays running on all other routes.
First Great Western are currently operating a normal service
