Help find my daughter's cuddly toy - mother's appeal
Sadie Heasman was walking with her daughter Madelaine, aged two, in the Broadway at around 6:30pm when the small brown and white toy, named Goo-Goo, was dropped in the busy crowd.
“She knew she had dropped him, she was trying to tell me,” said Mrs Heasman, adding she had already got Madelaine out of the crowd before she realised what had happened.
“I feel incredibly guilty, she was trying to get him back,” she said. “She has had him since she was six months old.”
Mrs Heasman is appealing to anyone who may have seen or picked up her daughter's toy, asking them to make Madelaine’s Christmas by returning Goo-Goo to her.
