Help make Hungerford bloom

Organiser Margaret Wilson said entries had been sluggish so far due to a wet spring.
But, she added: “The same rain has been falling on everyone, so we’re all in the same boat. I hope people will continue to support this event because there are some lovely gardens around the town. It would be a shame to jeopardize the competition through lack of support.”
The competition has categories for businesses, bed and breakfast establishments and private gardens, plus a seperate category for allotments.
Judging takes place on July 6 and anyone wishing to participate can contact Mrs Wilson on 01488 683758.
