Heroin dealer gets 18-months behind bars

Ajaz Zaib-Khan, aged 20, from Southall, Middlesex, was stopped by Thames Valley Police on Urquhart Road in Thatcham on August 29, and taken to Newbury Police Station to be searched.
Police discovered a packet containing the wraps, and he was charged.
Mr Zaib-Khan was found guilty of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply at Reading Crown Court on October 2, and was ordered to serve 18 months in a Young Offenders Institution.
Investigating officer on the case, Pc Chris Eaton, said: “I am pleased with the sentence handed out to Zaib-Khan, which shows drug dealing will not be tolerated in West Berkshire and those responsible will be put in prison.”
