Highclere Show returns to the home of Downton Abbey, Highclere Castle, offering family fun for the bank holiday weekend




This weekend sees the return of the ever-popular Highclere Show.

The family-orientated event is back at Highclere Castle on Sunday (May 26) and bank holiday Monday (May 27), with something for everyone to enjoy as half term begins.

Visitors will be able to enjoy an array of stalls, performances, demonstrations and country-inspired activities, as well as enjoy the magnificent grounds of the castle, where filming for the third Downton Abbey film has just begun.

The line-up over the weekend includes an action packed main arena schedule with a parachute display, educational and interactive displays at the countryside arena, the all new legends tribute stage with live music from some of the leading tribute artists in the UK, the Newbury News craft marquee, food festival and kids zone.

There are also a number of food and drink stalls to keep everyone fed and watered.

Parking is free and dogs are welcome.
