CRIMINALS left empty-handed after a failed ram raid at Basildon Park.
The would-be burglars entered the National Trust managed park from Park Wall Lane and tried to force open the workshop area by driving a vehicle through the garage doors.
But they left the site after their attempt failed.
The incident occurred at around 3.20am on Wednesday, June 3.
PC Marc Lester from Newbury police station said: “We would like to speak to anyone who saw any suspicious vehicle around the time of the offence particularly if it showed signs of damage.
“If you have any information about this incident please contact the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 101.
