A three-year-old girl has died is hospital following a fatal crash on the M4.
The crash, which happened between junctions 11 and 10 on May 7, also claimed the life of a 37-year-old woman.
Emergency services were called to the eastbound carriageway at around 2.10pm.
A silver Ford Focus C-Max was involved in a single vehicle collision. It left the carriageway and hit a tree. There were four occupants; the 37-year-old woman, a man in his late thirties and two girls aged three and five.
The woman, from Middlesex, died at the scene.
The other three occupants were taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford where they were treated for their injuries.
The three-year-old girl died at hospital on Monday, May 9. The man and the five-year-old girl have been discharged.
On Wednesday, May 11, 49-year-old Graham Elliott died when a lorry was involved in a single vehicle collision between junctions 12 and 11 of the M4.
