A 16-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with a paint attack on two vulnerable adults and their carers.

The group were left covered in white gloss paint following the incident in St John’s Road, Newbury, on Friday, October 27.

The teenager was arrested on November 1 and has been released under investigation, Thames Valley Police confirmed this week.

So what's the answer ! 1. Tell him he's a very naughty boy & don't do it again. 2. Send him on a nice holiday. 3. Give him a dam good thrashing. Or 4. Make him give some time working with said vulnerable people ( which will probably make him loose street cred with his mates ).
