House fire in Newbury




The alarm was raised at 11.42am and the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service sent two pumps from Newbury and one from Dee Road in Reading. Firefighters used breathing apparatus and two hose reels to extinguish the blaze by 12.46pm. A spokeswoman for the service, Ellie Grey, said:n “Everyone inside was accounted for.”
