House of Cards wins Newbury Weekly News and Thatcham Town Council best dressed Christmas window award for third year running

House of Cards has been crowned winner of this year’s best dressed window for a third year running.

They received the most votes in the annual competition run by Thatcham Town Council and the Newbury Weekly News.

The card shop, based in the Kingsland Centre in Thatcham, will be presented with an award from the NWN and mayor of Thatcham Mark Lillycrop next Tuesday.

Last year, the theme was a Royal Christmas – this year the theme was ‘A Sustainable Christmas’.
