Hundreds of Tadley properties affected by power cut

Southern Electric spokeswoman, Kirsty Irons, said around 450 customers in Tadley were affected by the cut at 12.20am, the cause of which was still being established.
“All customers had their supplies restored by 8.10am today (Wednesday), with the help of a generator,” said Ms Irons.
Further investigations and repairs were being carried out today, according to the company.

Supplies of a total 108 properties in the Almswood Road area connected to a generator will be cut for a few minutes, whilst engineers re-connect customers to mains supplies, following sub station repairs, according to the company. Affected customers will be contacted in advance.
