This is a difference of £178 for Newbury to London season ticket holders, while people travelling from Hungerford, Thatcham and Reading will face similar increases in ticket fares.

His was the second conviction in recent weeks involving Newbury brothels.
In the latest case, Reading Crown Court was told how 48-year-old labourer Gerald Gillett had 10 ‘working’ women on his books at the two-bedroom house in Oddfellows Road.
In other news, the hospital which treats patients in West Berkshire is being investigating for breaching national A&E waiting times.
Health sector watchdog, Monitor, has launched an investigation into Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust after it was found to have breached the national A&E quarterly target three times in a 21 month period.
Meanwhile, Meat Loaf fans will be descending on The Racecourse Newbury on Saturday as the legendary rock star heads to the venue to perform at the Ladies Day Party in the Paddock.
The performance will form part of his farewell UK tour “Last At Bat”, during which he will entertain the crowd with a two-act show including many of his greatest hits such as ‘Dead Ringer For Love’ and ‘I’d Lie For You (And That’s the Truth)’
