Newbury indecent exposure: suspect arrested

POLICE investigating an indecent exposure in Newbury have arrested a man.

The 54-year-old from Swindon in Wiltshire was arrested on Friday, August 23, on suspicion of four counts of exposure and one count of outraging public decency.

The arrest relates to an incident at around 1.30pm on Saturday, August 17 at the junction of Oddfellows Road and West Mills in Newbury.

A man exposed himself to a woman in her late teens after asking her for directions.

The suspect has been released on bail.
