International market in Newbury today

Japanese and Chinese crafts among an array of goods on sale in Market Place today (Thursday) until Saturday

NEWBURY is hosting the start of three Brunomart International Markets today (Thursday).

A variety of goods including Italian biscuits, olives, Thai crafts, Japanese gifts and South American crafts will be on sale.

The markets will take place, in addition to the Charter Markets, from today through to Saturday, October 6, 7 and 8.

Newbury town council leader Julian Swift-Hook said: "Our alternative markets are a regular and very welcome feature in the town. Bruno has traded in Newbury in the past and we look forward to welcoming his team back to the Market Place. The Charter Market is a great place to shop for fresh produce and the International Market is always very popular with shoppers too."
