Jones Robinson scoop silver at property 'Oscars'

Estate agents recognised at renowned awards

WEST Berkshire estate agent Jones Robinson has maintained its award-winning streak by scooping silver at the property ‘Oscars’.

The team entered the Best Small Estate Agent in the South East category at The Sunday Times & The Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2015 – the industry’s longest-running and most highly-respected awards – and came second.

In praising Jones Robinson, the judges’ report detailed the agent’s “special way” of conducting its professional business, praising the link between staff attitude and customer-service standards.

The report also acknowledged the good level of repeat business from clients and the constant internal review of practice to ensure that a first-class service was always delivered.

Jones Robinson director Charles Robinson, said: “To be recognised as one of the top two small estate agents in the South East of England – a vast area jammed packed with thousands of estate agents – is a wonderful achievement and speaks volumes about our staff and the service they provide.

The judges examined each estate agency in fine detail in a process that involved mystery shopping, a comprehensive written submission and questionnaire, a rigorous telephone interview and a round-table discussion among all the judges to make the final winners decision.
