"Congratulations to all at Kennet School on this impressive achievement.”

The national independent educational membership organisation aims to “raise achievements” by working in partnership and sharing practices.

Senior deputy headteacher at Kennet School, Grace Rigg, said: "We are very proud to have been recognised for our quality assurance in leadership and that our policies demonstrate a real focus on achieving improvement in the quality of teaching, assessment and outcomes for our pupils.

“But ‘Better Never Stops’ and our next steps as a school are to ensure the research and evidence of ‘Seven Principles for Learning’ are known by our parents, as highlighted in the moderator feedback.”

She added: “We will also improve pupils’ personal development plans to ensure these explicitly link to our learning habits for study programme."
