The Kennet Shopping centre vaccination clinic in Newbury has announced it is no longer accepting walk-ins for Covid-19 booster jabs.
Over the past two weeks, people over the age of 50 have been able to visit the facility without an appointment.
However, as of today (Thursday), this service is being suspended, with excessive demand putting pressure on resources.
Planners are currently in talks to relocate to the clinic to the vacant Poundland unit in the Kennet Shopping centre, which, they say, would allow staff to manage demand better.
For the meanwhile, those seeking a booster jab must book online or by calling 119.
