Kingsclere Riding for the Disabled group's new pony

A spokeswoman for the group, Penny Stewart, said a funds of £1,250 had been raised for the charity, thanks to a bridge lunch held by kind permission of Richard and Rossy Wilson and continued:
“Players were treated to a delicious lunch provided by a team of volunteers from the group, who celebrate their 20th anniversary this year.”
The lunch and a grand raffle, with prizes donated by Kingsclere businesses: Blooms, Swan Street Stores and The Village Butcher, along with The Red House at Marsh Benham, plus many others, raised a total of £1,250.
The proceeds will enable the group to purchase a new pony - Tango (pictured), available for pupils of the Kingsclere Riding for the Disabled Group to ride.
