Kingsclere's neighbourhood plan presented at annual parish meeting

Stella Scrivener of Planning Aid, will provide the presentation, with chance to chat to councillors about any concerns and a review of the parish council’s work for 2013/14.
The evening starts from 7pm, prior to the main meeting at 7.30pm, at Kingsclere Village Club in George Street (pictured).
