Kintbury man convicted of theft from vehicles





The 27-year-old, from Kintbury, pleaded guilty to 17 offences of theft from motor vehicles following a hearing at Reading Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
The incidents included a sat nav and stereo being stolen between 1pm on Sunday, November 10 and 7.45am on November 11 in Swansdown Walk, Thatcham.
Another sat nav and stereo were stolen between 10.30pm on the Sunday and 6am on the Monday in Masefield Road, Thatcham. A stereo was stolen over the same period in Wordsworth Road, Thatcham,
And an iPod and memory stick were stolen between 9pm on the Sunday and 11am Monday in Redfield Court, Newbury.

He has been released on bail and is due to appear before the court for sentencing on December 3.
A 25-year-old man, from Slough, was also arrested in connection with some of the offences and has been released on bail until December 4.
