Lane closure and reduced speed limit for M4 between Reading and Newbury for 10 weeks

There will be a lane closure and reduced speed limit on the M4 through West Berkshire for the next 10 weeks.
The hard shoulder and lane one will be closed, westbound, every day, seven days a week from tomorrow (Monday) – between junction 12 at Theale and junction 13 at Chieveley.
A 50mph speed limit will also be in place for a stretch of the road.
This comes after the weekend overnight full closure to allow for repairs to the westbound embankment to take place.
