Last chance to visit Newbury's Christmas market

THE final weekend before Christmas is upon us and there are events across the district to get into the festive spirit today.
Santa will be at Silchester Village Hall for those wanting to put in their last minute requests for presents ahead of the big day, before he makes an appearance at Tadley Community Centre.
If you haven’t yet got yourself down to the Newbury Christmas Market in Victoria Park, this weekend is your last chance!
And, of course, the district’s shops will be open for those wanting to make their final purchases for friends and family.
Meanwhile, there is sporting action, with Hungerford’s FA Trophy heroes hosting high-flying Cambridge City.
