A LESSON in first aid was given to Gardner Leader employees by a colleague who volunteers for St John Ambulance.
Corporate and commercial solicitor Emma Ladd taught her lifesaving skills to 15 of her colleagues on a crash course last month.
The session was predominantly practical and all those who attended could practice what they learned on lifelike dummies.
The course was designed to equip the Gardner Leader team with basic lifesaving skills that could be used at work, home, or when out and about, after research showed many people would not offer help in a medical emergency for fear of doing something wrong.
