Lily the lovely Lurcher seeks new home

Lively environment top of doggie wish list

Lily the lovely Lurcher is ready to blossom in a lively new home.

Lily, a one-year-old Lurcher is currently awaiting her forever home at Dogs Trust Newbury.

Jenny Hopkins, Assistant Manager at Dogs Trust Newbury, said:

“Lily is a lively lady who loves to play chase with her other Lurcher pals at the rehoming centre. She is always full of beans so is looking for an active family who can continue her training and spend lots of time playing with her!”

“Lily is best suited to a family with older children and a playful dog who can show Lily the ropes of a home environment. She loves to lap up lots of attention so would like her new owners to be around for most of the day to keep her company. As she is still young, she would benefit from attending some training classes where she can work on her doggy manners.”

Do you think Lily is the lady for you? Why not visit the rehoming centre at Plumb’s Farm, Hamstead Marshall, Newbury, Berks RG20 0HR or call the rehoming centre on 0300 303 0292.

Dogs Trust is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity and cares for nearly 17,000 stray and abandoned dogs each year through its network of 20 Rehoming Centres in the UK and one in Ireland.
