Lineside equipment problem causes train delays for commuters

At 4.50pm, a problem with lineside equipment was causing disruption between Newbury and Westbury.
Because of this, there are delays of up to 25 minutes between Reading and Taunton.
These delays will continue until further notice.
The route affected includes London Paddington, Reading, Reading West, Theale, Aldermaston, Midgham, Thatcham, Newbury Racecourse, Newbury, Kintbury, Hungerford, Bedwyn, Pewsey, Westbury, Frome, Bruton, Castle Cary and Taunton.
