Look to the skies with this week's My Newbury

Gary Denton took a picture of the sky above his Upper Basildon home and one of the clouds above the bank holiday weekend's Reading Festival in which he swears he could see a snail. Can you see it?
Both Sheila Page and William Dobson took pictures of hedgehogs spotted near their homes – Mrs Page’s in Newbury and Mr Dobson’s in Turnpike.
Mrs Page’s was a somewhat larger version.
Finally, Chris Graham took a picture of Donnington Castle at dusk with the full moon shining bright and Adam Lynch took a snap of the inside of St Nicolas’ Church.
If you have a picture that you would like to submit for consideration, send it to

marked ‘My Newbury’ along with a brief description of where it was taken, your name and the area in which you live.
It may then be published online on

or in our sister newspapers the Newbury Weekly News or The Advertiser.
You can now submit your photographs directly to the website by visiting www.newburytoday.co.uk, but remember to let us know where the picture was taken and by whom.
