Lorry hits level crossing barrier at Hungerford railway station

The vehicle hit the barriers just before 2pm and Network Rail sent engineers to the scene to repair the damage.
Network Rail spokesman, Russell Spink, said that engineers were currently still on the scene repairing the barrier and that trains were being taken through the level crossing slower than usual for safety reasons.
He said: “Unfortunately it happens more often than we would like.”
